Capstone Speaks on Finding “Smart Money” Partners at the DCU Fintech Innovation Center

John Dearing, Partner & Managing Director at Capstone, discussed this topic with fintech startups at the DCU Fintech Innovation Center in Boston on March 5.

Leveraging his over 20 years’ experience facilitating deals for strategic acquirers, John spoke on “Understanding Strategic Investors: How to Find the Right ‘Smart Money’ Partners” addressed finding the best investor to help a founder of a startup achieve their long-term goals. John also spent time with member companies answering questions on M&A, developing a strategic growth plan, identifying partners, and working with credit unions and CUSOs.
